FOUNDER AND SITTER
For over 15 years Morgan has been working as a nanny and babysitter with many different families in and around Greenwich and Blackheath. Morgan cares for children of all ages from newborn-16 years.
Working with families to raise happy and healthy children is Morgan's passion and was the motivation behind The Babysitting Group. Morgan has a love for encouraging exploration, learning and development in every child.

Morgan worked hard for a number of years, with the aim of developing a small and personal agency service of her own.

Morgan is a fully qualified, Ofsted registered, paediatric first aid certified, fully insured and enhanced DBS background checked childcare provider.
ABBY MANNION
NANNY & SITTER
Abby has been a local nanny and babysitter with The Babysitting Group for the past 3 years. Abby enjoys nannying for many local families and has experience with children of all ages. Abby has great communication skills and loves working with children. Abby has gained her experience through set day roles and ad hoc care in Blackheath and Greenwich.
Abby enjoys creative and messy play. She loves to create activities with the children. Abby is caring, proactive, trustworthy and reliable.

LAUREN RUSH
TEACHER & SITTER
Lauren is a qualified primary school teacher, who is in the 7th year of her career. Since completing her training she has worked within key stage one and early years (3-7 year olds). During her teachers training she experienced teaching from nursery to year 6, including children with additional and complex needs.

In addition to her career, she has lots of experience nannying and babysitting for local families, as well as children of friends and family members. Lauren has worked with a variety of families, caring for children of all ages (newborn to 16 years old).

SHAKIRA HECTOR
SITTER
Shakira is a friendly lady with a huge passion for children. Shakira started working with children in 2012 after she gained her Level 2 certificate in Childcare and Education. Shakira previously worked at a local Primary School as a teaching assistant and as an inclusive assistant to children with special educational needs. Alongside her current full-time job Shakira enjoys doing ad hoc work for The Babysitting Group.

Shakira enjoys creative and messy play with the children. She loves to create activities with the children that build up their fine motor skills. Shakira also loves to bake. Shakira is caring, proactive, trustworthy and reliable.

SHANA ALLARD
NANNY & SITTER
Shana has been working with babies and young children for the past few years. Shana has a love for encouraging exploration, learning and development in every child.

Shana gained a great amount of experience growing up with younger siblings and enjoys being an afternoon nanny around her studies. Shana is currently studying Business at Greenwich University. Shana spends her afternoons as a fun, adventurous and kind nanny.
